The overall philosophy of the hotel’s energy design is to ensure thermal comfort with the most extensive use of passive cooling and heating systems. By minimising energy requirements for heating, cooling and hot water and by covering the required loads using renewable energy sources, maximum fuel economy and minimal environmental impact are achieved.
For this purpose, there have been installed systems that utilize practically inexhaustible sources such as solar and geothermal energy.
